GradeCalc (gradecalc.xyz) is a free education-calculator website for Indian school, board-exam and JEE/NEET students. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and the choices you have. GradeCalc does not ask you to sign up or create an account to use its calculators.
Calculations in your browser
Our calculators run in your own web browser. The marks, percentages, percentiles and dates you enter are processed on your device and are not sent to, stored on or shared by GradeCalc. We do not see your marks.
Information you send us
If you use our contact form, we receive the name, email address and message you choose to send, so that we can reply to you. We only use those details to respond to your message, and we do not sell them or share them with advertisers.
Cookies
GradeCalc uses a small number of cookies to keep the website working and to remember your cookie-consent choice. We use the GDPR Cookie Compliance plugin to show a cookie banner and to record your consent. You can change your cookie preferences at any time from the banner or your browser settings.
Analytics and third-party services
We may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand which pages and tools are popular, in aggregate, so we can improve the site. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address and browser information under Google’s own privacy policy. We do not run advertising or sell personal data.
Children’s privacy
GradeCalc is designed for students, including those under 18. Because our calculators need no account and collect no marks, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian before sending us any personal details through the contact form.
Your rights and choices
You can clear cookies in your browser, and you can ask us to delete a message you sent through the contact form. To do so, or to ask any question about this policy, please use our Contact page.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. Continuing to use GradeCalc after an update means you accept the updated policy.
